The Eady Forum is a bi-monthly talk series founded within the School of Communication at the Royal College of Art. Launched in 2012, the student-centred forums were driven by the objective to critically reflect on contemporary Graphic Design, assessing it through the widest possible lens.

The Forum was conceived by Adrian Shaughnessy and was managed and superintended by myself in collaboration with Jessica Morgan and Jack Llewellyn. Whilst students at the Royal College of Art, our activity with the Eady Forum included arranging guest lectures and seminars, organising a design symposium at the Victoria & Albert Museum and publishing a compendium featuring an overview of the Eady Forum’s formative years.

Guest speakers hosting the Eady Forum seminars included Fraser Muggeridge,  Field, Julia,  Scott King, Marc Valli (owner of Magma bookshop and editor-in-chief of Elephant Magazinen) and John Warwicker, the co-founder of multidisciplinary studio Tomato
